Description

The single use temperature indicator is the simplest and most intuitive temperature alarm device. Its upper and lower temperature limits are pre-set before factory delivery; the red light flashes immediately once the temperature goes out of range. The red High LED flashes when the temperature exceeds the preset upper alarm threshold, while the red Low LED flashes if the temperature drops below the preset lower alarm threshold, and the alarm status is irreversible. Three alarm modes including single alarm, continuous alarm and cumulative alarm are available for customization.

Single use temperature indicator is developed specifically for cold chain traceability of temperature-sensitive goods, this product is applied to transport supervision of vaccines, pharmaceuticals, blood products, biological specimens, active proteins and other related products. It triggers automatic light alarm upon threshold exceed to accurately spot temperature control failures, safeguard product quality and cut wastage from product scrapping.

Operation Guide

1, Snap off “Break” corner to activate the Temperature Indicator.

2, Place the indicator in the environment to be tested.

3、Flashing green LED means the temperature is within qualified shipping range.

4、Flashing red “High” LED indicates the temperature has exceeded the upper threshold.

5、Flashing red “Low” LED denotes the temperature has fallen below the lower threshold.
